Leadership is the ability to motivate and inspire people in a positive way. In leadership, this motivation comes much more from the leader's practical attitudes than from the words the leader says. We cannot forget the motivation that comes from the example. There are different types and styles of leadership, and they can influence and motivate people in different ways.

Servant leadership is where the leader balances leadership and service, valuing ideas, seeking the opinions of other work professionals, and establishing a culture of trust and respect. It is not about making people serve the leader, on the contrary, in this model, the leader himself serves people, from the moment he identifies and meets the needs of those around him, winning the appreciation and the consideration of others. This is not just about wants, but also demands for growth and learning. This leadership model is characteristic for presenting humility, rather than arrogance or pride.

This means that a servant leader supports his or her followers with empathy, but also reprimands them to the same extent when this attitude contributes to their growth. Therefore, leadership is not about bossing a group of people, but about liking them, seeking involvement and having an interest in learning about these individuals.

Authentic Leadership - Authentic leaders are self-actualized individuals who are aware of their strengths, limitations, and emotions. They also show their true selves to their followers. Transparency is fundamental in this type of leadership.

Authentic leaders do not act one way in private and another way in public. They don't hide their mistakes or weaknesses for fear of appearing weak. They also realize that keeping up to date is a never-ending journey, never complete.

Interactive leadership - Despite being associated with women, any leader can have this kind of leadership. It is characterized by values such as inclusion, collaboration, relationship building and care.

Leadership focuses on helping people understand where the organization is going and why it chose that path. Management supports the understanding of what needs to be done to adjust the course and reach the defined destination. Although different, both are fundamental to the success of a company. Both points are critical to success.

While the manager has a task plan aimed at meeting deadlines, the leader puts people first. He inspires his employees, talks with each one of them to better understand their strengths or weaknesses and carries out other activities. All of this increases the team's trust in the leader and makes everyone work better in the long run. For this reason, many say that in a business environment, leadership focuses on the results that can come.

Two basic leadership behaviors identified as important for leadership are attention to tasks and attention to people.

Charismatic leadership - is one that inspires, conveys confidence, and moves others to action. Through communication, the leader with charisma can persuade and influence his peers and subordinates.

Transformational Leadership is a team management style where leaders motivate, inspire and encourage their teams to innovate, focusing on business success. The main elements of this type of leadership are: realized influence; inspired motivation; intellectual stimulation; and individualized consideration.

Transactional Leadership: the leader does not have an open channel of communication with employees. The transactional leadership style can be classified as effective in terms of increasing team production and reducing process costs, as the short-term goals adopted by transactional leaders are easier to achieve at all stages.

Explained the types of leadership, we also have the types of followers and how they behave:

• Alienated followers think freely and critically; but they do not participate in the groups and organizations of which they are members. They excel at independent thinking and perform poorly on active participation.

• Effective followers perform their role well in all respects. They exercise “independent critical thinking, separately from the leader or group” and actively participate. Overall, its performance is excellent.

• Conformist followers are content to take orders, submitting to their leaders. Its performance is excellent in terms of active participation, it is poor in terms of independent thinking.

• Passive followers expect leaders to think for them, which means they need constant supervision. Performance is low on independent thinking and well balanced on participation.

• Pragmatic followers “stay in the middle”. They question their leaders' decisions, but not very often, without much criticism. Its performance is in the “average” level in terms of independent thinking and in the “average” in terms of participation.
