Concluding entry.
During this course, we learnt the crucial concepts for the maintenance of any organization or company. From the concept of leadership, the types of leadership and their types of influence and impact on people. Organizational culture and its influence on the behavior of its employees. Organizational ethics and how the profile of a given company can define its target audience. The importance of ethics in business. The importance of constant updating in an increasingly globalized business world. The fundamental importance of Human Resources in managing increasingly diverse talents from different origins, in addition to knowing how to deal with cultural differences in the work environment.
We saw how to motivate and lead teams, the importance of clear communication and how this factor may or may not bring important results for the organization. Briefly, we saw how details can change the course of any institution or company. How this can become a differential against competitors or how this can make a certain institution prosper and overcome difficulties.
Concepts that are fundamental and, for me, have the same importance in management. One day, if I become a manager or coordinator, I hope to be able to apply this acquired knowledge.
